ORDER & PAYMENT
Creating an Account
Customers are required to create an account with us in order to place an order. A membership account allows every customer can make their purchases faster, receive updates on their orders, collect membership points to enjoy rebates and stay updated on our shop promotions.
Applying Discount Codes & Membership Points
To apply a discount code, enter the code in the discount code fill before checking out and click “Apply” for the final purchase amount to be reflected.
Order Confirmation
Order will only be processed once your cart has been checked out and payment has been made successfully. A confirmation email will be sent to your email once payment has been made. Please ensure to check your junk/spam folder if the email is not in your main inbox.
Changes to Orders
- Once your order is confirmed, amendments or cancellations cannot be made. Please ensure your order is correct before making payment. As we strive to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, your order will be sent for processing once it has been confirmed.
- Combining orders for instock items and backorders is strictly not allowed. We also do not accept changes to colours after your order has been confirmed. Change of sizes are allowed only by appointment at our stores, while stocks last.
Backorders
What is a backorder?
- A backorder is when slots are open for a product that is temporarily out of stock. There will be a waiting time of approximately 6-8 weeks for the products to arrive. Payment needs to be made before the order is processed.
When will my backorder arrive?
- The estimated date of arrival of the item to our warehouse will be stated on the product page. We try to be as accurate as possible with our estimated dates, however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you via email with the new expected arrival dates.
- Once the products have arrived at our warehouse, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Payment
We accept payment via PayNow and STRIPE for both local & international customers. All transaction fees charged by STRIPE will be covered by us.

Immediate Payment
- Payment is required to be made immediately when checking out your cart. Please do not click ‘Back’, ‘Cancel’ or refresh the page at any point as payments may not sync into our server successfully and your order may be cancelled.
- Please note that your order is only secured once payment has been made successfully.
Automatic Verification
- All orders will be verified automatically by STRIPE. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been placed successfully. We reserve the rights to reject any orders based on our discretion.
