Retail Store
What are your store operating hours?
- Our retail store operating hours are 11am - 9.30pm daily (Bukit Panjang Plaza) 12pm - 9pm daily (Scape).
Orders and Delivery
Do I need to create an account to make an order?
- Yes, an account is required in order to place an order.
What is a backorder?
- A backorder is when slots are open for a product that is temporarily out of stock. There will be a waiting time of approximately 6-8 weeks for the products to arrive. Payment needs to be made before the order is processed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
- Once your order is confirmed, amendments or cancellations cannot be made. Please ensure your order is correct before making payment. As we strive to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, your order will be sent for processing once it has been confirmed.
Can I combine the postage fees for a few orders I have made consecutively?
- Postage fees are calculated based on each order that is made. We cannot combine consecutive orders that were made separately to be shipped as one parcel. Please ensure your order is correct before proceeding to payment.
Has my order been shipped out?

When will my order be shipped out?
- We ship out parcels every Monday-Friday, excluding weekends & public holidays. Once payment has been made, your order will be shipped out by the next working day.
What are the shipping options and when will my order reach me?

Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we offer international shipping to places outside of Singapore. More information can be found on our Shipping Information page.
Payment & Membership Points
What modes of payment do you accept?
- We accept payment via PayNow, and STRIPE for both local & international customers. All transaction fees charged by STRIPE will be fully absorbed by us.
Will my Membership Points expire?
- Each membership point is valid 12 months from the date of issue. Membership points are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return an order made with membership points?
- Membership points cannot be recycled or refunded. Please ensure your order is correct before confirmation.
I have received my products and the colour appears different from what I saw online, can I make a return/exchange?
- We try to ensure that our product pictures depict our products colours as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations, the colour may appear differently on your screen. Returns or exchanges due to colour differences are not allowed.
